Besides being a loving mother and a homemaker she worked many years at the Madill Sewing Factory. 'Sis' moved to make Pauls Valley her home and worked many years at the Colonial Nursing Home, now called the Washita Valley Living Center. She was a member of Assembly of God.
She was preceded in death by her daddy and momma; 4 brothers; 3 sisters; and 1 daughter.
Surviving family include: her 4 children, Linda Swain & her husband Jeff Fielder, of Dallas, Texas, Stevie Lewis, of Gatesville, Texas, Kathy Lewis & her husband Mark Lee McCoy, of Pauls Valley and Debbie Hamilton and her husband Billy, of Ravia; 8 grandsons and 14 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Bill and his wife, Lillian Morse of Madill, and Roy and his wife Helen Morse, of Claremore; 2 sisters, Margie and her husband, Jerrall Caldwell, of Pauls Valley and Ruby and her husband, Bob Pope, of Claremore; and special friend, Lynn Jackson, of Tatums; as well as a host of loving nieces & nephews, cousins and brothers & sisters in-law.
Funeral services will be held Monday, August 9, 2004 at 2:00 pm at Stufflebean Chapel officiated by Rev. Billy Davenport. Burial will be at Ravia Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
