CITY, Va - Louellen Frazier Wampler, 83, passed away Sunday (Nov. 23, 2003) at her residence.
Born on Nov. 16, 1920 in Scott County, Va., she was the daughter of the late T.B. and Ada Minton Frazier.
She was a homemaker and store clerk. Mrs. Wampler was a member of First Baptist Church, Gate City, Va.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Ronald Lee Redwine Wampler Jr.; brother, Lawrence Frazier.
Surviving are her husband, William L. Wampler, of the home; daughter, Kay Herron and husband Delaney, Gate City, Va.; sons, Ronald Lee Wampler and wife Paula, Kaufman, Tex., and Kenneth Alan Wampler and wife Sabrina, Kentland, Ind.
Calling hours are from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Colonial Funeral Home, Weber City, Va., and anytime at the residence.
Services will be conducted at 8 p.m. today in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Roc Collins and Ronald Wampler officiating.
Graveside services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Holston View Cemetery.
