Charlotte Biggs Cardwell
She married Harley O. Biggs on April 1, 1935. They moved to California in 1952. Mr. Biggs passed away in 1960. Mrs. Biggs went back to school to become a teacher. She taught for a time in Pope Valley then at McPherson school for 16 years. She retired in 1984. She married William Cardwell in 1987.
Mrs. Biggs is survived by one daughter, Catherine Ann O'Conner of Napa; three sons, William Fred Biggs of Granby, Colo., Harley Orval Biggs Jr. of Victorville and James Michael Biggs of Napa; one sister, Gwendolyn Santarromana of Denver, Colo.; eight grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
She is predeceased by her husband, William Cardwell and her mother, Alice Reckseen.
