Norma R. Morlan Fraizer, 76, Terre Haute, died Monday at Royal Oaks Health Center. She was the daughter of Grover and Ruby (Risk) Hatfield. A graduate of Wiley High School, she had been a court recorder for the Clay County Superior Court prior to retirement. She was a member of Moose Auxiliary 1009 and VFW Auxiliary 972. She was preceded in death by three husbands, Charles Kirkpatrick, Ray Morlan and Elston Fraizer. Surviving are three sons, Charles Edward Kirkpatrick, Danville, Ill., Joseph Morlan, Louisville, and Stephen M. Morlan, Terre Haute; two dayghters, Marilyn Brackney, Brazil, and Melissa Morlan, Terre Haute; a sister, Mildred Hamilton, Louisville; 7 grandchildren and a great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, and a son, David Morlan.
