Pfc. U.S. Army, {RA12726003}, Vietnam War-Pfc. Delgado was killed in action from an explosive device on 1-5-1967 while serving as a Light Weapons Infantryman with Co. C of the 2nd Battalion, 502nd Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division. Pfc. Delgado started his tour of Vietnam on 8-23-1966.

Pfc. Delgado is the son of Mr. Refaeldo F. & Mrs. Evelyn Delgado of 52 New Lots Avenue, Brooklyn, New York, and he enlisted with the Army in New York on 2-25-1965.

Awards: Bronze Star Medal, Purple Heart Medal, Combat Infantry Badge, Vietnam Service Medal with One Service Star, Vietnam Campaign Medal, National Defense Service Medal.
