Fannie Wooten Passes Sunday
Fannie Wooten, 77, Visalia resident since 1929, died suddenly yesterday at her home on Second Ave. West.
She was born in Coldwater, Ark., and taught school in Mountain View, Ark.
Member of the Methodist Church in Oak Grove, Okla., she moved to Visalia with her family from Clarita, Okla.
She is survived by five sons, Ralph of Fresno, and Homer, Tom, Ted and Dale of Visalia. She also leaves a sister, Mrs. Rena Herd of Tecumseh, Okla., six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. in Hadley Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Wendell Ensor of the Methodist church officiating. Burial will be in Visalia Cemetery.
She married Albert Sidney Wooten in Arkansas in 1897 .
