Reva L. Lashbrook, 81, of Frankfort, died Friday, June 23, 2006, at Home Hospital in Lafayette.
Born June 19, 1925, in Martinsville, Ill., she was the daughter of the late Rondel and Lucy Pendleton Bartlett.
She was married on July 20, 1945, in Lerna, Ill., to Robert E. Lashbrook, and he died Oct. 31, 1981.
Mrs. Lashbrook worked many years at Purdue University as a food service employee, retiring in 1990.
She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene, where she sang in the choir and taught Sunday school.
Surviving are a son, Rondel Lashbrook (wife: Patricia) of La-Grange, Ga.; a daughter, Diana Emery of Wakarusa; and four sisters, Wilma Kingery of Neoga, Ill., Lois Scritchlow of Toledo, Ill., and Irma Smith and Doris Skaggs, both of Willow Springs, Mo.
Friends may call 5-8 p.m. Sunday at Archer-Weston Funeral Home, Frankfort.
Funeral services there at 11 a.m. Monday, June 26, 2006. Interment Bunnell Cemetery.
Surviving are 2 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; a son-in-law: Gary Dunn of Mesquite, Texas; and 2 sisters-in-law, Beula Bartlett of Houston, Mo., and Mary Ann Feldman of Nixa, Mo. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Betty Dunn, a son-in-law, James D. Emery, and 2 brothers.
