Delores Lucille Gast, 78, of Bridgman passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at Jordan’s Life Care Center.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM, Friday, February 21, 2014 at Pike Funeral Home, Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Highway, Bridgman, with Reverend Jon Bendewald officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Bridgman. Friends may meet with the family from 2 - 3 PM prior to the funeral at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be given to Immanuel Lutheran Church, Jordan’s Life Care Center, or Hospice at Home.

Delores was born December 13, 1935 in Baroda, the daughter of the late Julious and Emma (Poschke) Gast. Delores was a faithful member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. She worked for 35 years at the Ben Franklin Store in Bridgman.

Survivors include her two sisters - Loretta (Robert) Crowley of Three Oaks, Marge Wilkins of Galien; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She is also preceded in death by 6 brothers - Emil, Leonard, Orville, William, Louie and Robert; and 3 sisters - Dororthy Oldenburg, Anna Barker and Liz Pazder.
