Clarice was born on July 28th, 1926 on a farm west of Hutto to Tom and Esther (Carlson) Anderson.

On February 9th, 1946, Clarice married Charles Hanstrom and made their home in Hutto, where she worked with him at the Hutto Water Works and plumbing shop. In later years, after their three children were born, she began working at Farmers State Bank in Round Rock, where she worked until retiring in 1988 as a Senior Vice President.

A visitation will be held from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM on Sunday, May 2, 2021 at Providence Funeral Home in Taylor. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, May 3, 2021, at the Hutto City Cemetery.
