Donald was born July 15, 1952 in Grand Island, NE to Dorothy (Svoboda) and Ad Leeper. He graduated from Central Catholic High School and then attended Grand Island School of Business before he was drafted into the U.S. Army. Donald worked for the VA Hospital in Des Moines for 30 years, and for the Marriott for 23 years before retiring. He enjoyed gardening, photography, traveling, and was quite philanthropic. Donald loved life!
He will be greatly missed by his siblings, Donna (Dale) Medlen, Diane Leeper, and Kevin Leeper; 10 nieces and nephews; 13 great-nieces and nephews; and his dear friend, Cheryl Claus among many other friends. Donald was preceded in death by his parents.
