Former Lodi Resident Dies
Micjah Cross passed away o Sunday evening at the home of his son, Grover Cross, in Oakland, death following a short illness. He was a native of Iowa, 83 years of age.
The deceased was the husband of the late Mrs. Alice Cross, who passed away in 1942. He had made his home in the Lodi district for 40 years, before moving to Oakland to make his home with his son, following the death of his wife. The late Mr. Cross was a member of the Christian church of Lodi.
Surviving are the following children: Reverda L. Cross, McKinsey Bridge, Ore.; Mrs. Eleanor Stine, Lodi; Henry Cross of Portland and Grover Cross of Oakland.
Interment Cherokee Memorial Park.
