CALDWELL— Mrs. Loila P. Gowey, 92, of Parma, route 2, died in a Caldwell nursing home Friday morning.
Mrs. Gowey was born Aug. 6, 1861, in Illinois, and came to the Caldwell area in 1927. She was a member of the First Christian church.
Survivors include one son, John A. Gowey, of Adrian, Ore., and two daughters, Mrs. Susa Christensen of Parma, route 2. and Mrs. Quinten K. Beal of Sheridan, Wyo.
Services are being arranged by Davis-Warrick chapel.

CALDWELL—Services for Mrs. Loila Permilia Gowey, 92, of Parma, route 2, who died Friday, will be conducted at Davis-Warrick chapel Monday at 2 p.m. The Rev. Murl M. Jones will officiate and interment will be at Canyon Hill.
Mrs. Gowey was born Aug. 6, 1861, in Porter county, Indiana, and moved with her parents to Nebraska in 1863. She was married Dec. 24, 1881, to Samuel A. Warner, who died in 1885. She was married in 1887 to John F. Gowey and the couple homesteaded at Gillette, Wyo., in 1916. They moved to Caldwell in 1928.
