Verlie was a resident of Mount Pleasant, TN. and a native of Westpoint, TN. She was retired from Walmart.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Boyd and Willie Callie Jane Andrews Bailey; two brothers, Paul Bailey and Floyd Bailey; four sisters, May Jacobi, Lorene Ferguson, Guster Smith, and Ruby Nell Curtis; and one grandson, Clinton Tucker.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, June 11, 2015 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Friday, June 12, 2015. Interment will follow at Summertown Cemetery in Summertown, TN.
