He was an employee of EDS Corp., South Charleston, and a former employee of American Electric Power for 23 years. He was past president of Mountaineer Little League for two years and was presently the treasurer and information officer of West Virginia District 3 Little League.
He is survived by his parents, Bobby and Eulah Fay Duncan of Alum Creek; two sisters, Kim Rodeheaver and Denise Hannan, both of Cross Lanes; one nephew, Andrew Duncan; one niece, Stephanie Rodeheaver.
Service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 23, at Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek, with Pastor Phillip Bowles and Pastor Frank Chapman officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Memorial Park, South Charleston.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
