Mrs. Person was born June 10, 1906 in Oregon to John and Robin Gore. She was a 41-year resident of Nevada County. Mrs. Person was married to Marvin Person for 38 years before he died in 1980. She was a homemaker for most of her adult life.
Mrs. Person is survived by her sister Leberta Lenox of Oregon; son John Person of Nevada City; daughter Robin Byurns of Oceanside; and three grandchildren
Burial will be in the Sierra Memorial Lawn Cemetery in Nevada City.
