Rita Marie Frankeberger, 71, of London, died Friday, May 12, 1:30 pm in the Madison County Hospital. She was born May 14, 1928 in Zanesville OH. She was the daughter of James and Helen (Arnold) Vincent. Rita was a member of Saint Patrick Catholic Church in London. She was a Registered Nurse for 50 years. She is survived by husband John S. Frankeberger; children, Jim (Bessie) Brooks of Fort Washington MD; Mike Brooks, Patrick (Jill) Brooks, Mary Jo (Joe) Boldizsar, Ruth Ann (Bruce) Sumner, Adele (Donald) Huffman, Rita Hall and Robert (Marianne) Brooks, all of Columbus OH; stepchildren, Brenda (Doug) Moerch of Westerville OH, Kim Frankeberger of North Canton OH, Kevin Frankeberger of Bremerton WA; brother Jim (Inga) Vincent of Arlington TX; 25 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Frankeberger was preceded in death by her first husband, Adelbert Brooks. The family invites friends to call at the Rader-Lynch and Dodds Funeral Home, London, Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 pm with wake service to be recited at 7:30 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday at 10:00 am at Saint Patrick Church, London, with Father Ted Sill and Father Donald Maroon concelebrating. Interment will follow in the Saint Joseph Cemetery, Columbus. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Research Institute.
