Mary Helen Brown Goldman, 77, resident of 1631 Mathis Road, wife of Daulton Jones, passed away June 4, 2015, at Hospice House of the Piedmont. Born April 27, 1938, she was a daughter of the late George and Eleanor Carroll Brown. Mary was a member of Harris Baptist Church and the Willing Workers Sunday School Class. She was employed for many years at what was then Self Memorial Hospital, in the New Born Nursery, a job she dearly loved. She was predeceased by her first husband, Reverend Robert Goldman; a son-in-law, Brandt Nabors; and brothers, Tug (Florence) Brown and Henry (Marion) Brown. Surviving, in addition to her husband of the home, are a daughter, Deborah Nabors; a son, Robert (Tammy) Goldman; a sister, Frances (Jim) Brabham; a brother, "C" (Birdie) Brown; a grandson, David (Hope) Goldman; two granddaughters, Paula (Travis) Taylor and Mary (Heath) Lee; great-grandchildren, Terry and Addison Taylor, Brandt, Emilee and Ken Lee Goldman; stepdaughters, Cindy (Taylor) Stokes, Reid and John and Wendy (Jerry) Moore.
