He was born on September 12, 1934 at home in Akan Township, rural Richland County, the son of the late Engwell and Alice (Anderson) Anderson. He was united in marriage to his wife on December 12, 1953 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Prairie du Sac.
Les owned and operated the Avenue Align and Body in Middleton for 40 years. He enjoyed working on cars and trucks, wood-working, riding motorcycle, farming at Five Points in rural Richland County, and spending time with his family and grandkids. Les will be missed by his family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Lyle Anderson; 2 nieces, Susan Anderson and Marie Hanson; and a nephew, Doug Anderson.
