BRADY - Funeral services for Dale Cook, 81, of Brady will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 6, at Leatherwood Memorial Chapels in Brady. Burial with military honors will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery in Harper.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
He died Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2007, in Brady.
He was born July 28, 2007, in Robert Lee to Jessie Frank and Cora Ethel (Roberts) Cook. He was married to Gladys Lang on Jan. 16, 1947, in Harper. He was married to Jackie Henderson on June 26, 1970, in Seguin.
Survivors include a son, Bryan Cook of Brady; a son-in-law, Kenneth Padalecki of San Antonio; two stepdaughters, Kay Whelchel and husband Kenneth, and Pat Ledezma, all of San Antonio; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; both spouses; a daughter, Cynthia Ann Padalecki; two brothers; and two sisters.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
