Velma Ruth Skolaski, age 80 of Winchester, passed away Wednesday at Golden Living Center. She was a retired nurse. Survivors include her sons, Danny Jackson of Denver, CO, John Jackson of San Diego, CA and Robert Tony (Debbie) Jackson of Romona, CA; sisters, Nancy (Tom) England of Florida, Wanda (Ron) Holiman of Florida and Jean (Jimmy) Massey of Cowan; brothers, T. L. (Annette) Bolin of Manchester, David (Judy) Bolin of Winchester and James (Linda) Ward of Manchester; 9 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; special niece, Debbie Daniel; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation is 5-8 PM Friday at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11 AM Saturday, June 29, 2013 at Moore-Cortner Chapel with Rev. Chuck Wilkerson officiating.
