Eleanora I. Angstadt, 71, of 713 N. Seventh St., Wyomissing, died Sunday at 4:55 a.m. in the Reading Hospital, where she had been a patient since May 22.
Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late John B. and Laura (Bachman) Angstadt. She had been employed for 24 years as a secretary by the Wernersville State Hospital, retiring in 1988.
She served in the Naval Reserve and was a former secretary-treasurer of the Naval Fleet Reserve, Reading.
She was a member of Maranatha Baptist Church, Sinking Spring.
Surviving are a sister, Mary L. Kohl, Leader Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Sinking Spring; and two nephews, John D. Angstadt, Blandon, and Gary J. Kohl, Sun City Center, Fla.
