Betty I. Daringer, 93, of Oelwein, Iowa, died Sunday morning, May 24, 2015 at Grandview Health Care Center in Oelwein.

Betty Irene was born August 30, 1920 at Oelwein, Iowa the daughter of William A. and Mary Rebecca (Bachterman) Early. On January 17, 1940, she was united in marriage to Jess Charles Daringer at Centerville, Iowa. She was a member of Church of Christ – Eastside in Oelwein.
Betty is survived by her son, Charles (Geri) Daringer of Belvidere, Illinois; daughter, Gloria Watson of Lexington, Kentucky; 9 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband on November 1, 1998; 1 stillborn grandchild; and 1 sister, Mary Jane Morrison.
