John McCutcheon, aged 28 years, died last night in General Hospital, as a result of injuries received, from an explosion of gas at noon, Wednesday, while working in the mines of the Baltimore, No. 5 colliery. Delaware & Hudson Coal Co. Mr. McCutcheon lived at 62 Main street, Parsons, and was well known. He is survived by his widow, one son, George; his mother, Mrs. Isabel O'Nell, and these brothers and sisters: Robert, Mrs. George Horn, James, Joseph and Anna. The body has been removed to the home of his mother, 225 Mitchell street, Parsons, from where the funeral will take place.
