Sophia Stokes is the daughter of Richard Blount Stokes and Gillany Venters. Sophia was born 1869 and married Wyatt McGowan. According to Sophia's Death Certificate, her and her husband are buried in Henry Jordan Cemetery. We have never be able to located Sophia's or Wyatt's grave. Her daughter's and son's families are buried there too.
