He retired from Ford after 37 years and was a member of St. Michael church. Francis loved spending time with his family and friends, mushroom hunting, farming, and taking long rides.
Francis is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, ...; children,..., all of Blooming Grove, ... of Fishers and ... of Cedar Grove; 15 grandchildren, ...; seven great-grandchildren, and one brother, ... of St. Leon. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Angela Wilhelm and Dorothy Bischoff, and three brothers, Ernie, Alfred, and Leroy Bischoff.
Visitation is Thursday, May 28, 2015 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Cook Rosenberger Funeral Home, 929 Main Street, Brookville. A Mass of Christian burial will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Michael church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
