4th Baron De La Warr.
He died on 1 June 1628 at age 24. (Inq. Post Mortem, 15 June 1628.) His will was proved 1679. His wife Isabella brought a lawsuit in 1635 in the Court of Chivalry, against a family usurping the family name and arms, to defend her son, Charles's, claim to the title. An extensive number of people gave depositions in favor of the family, recounting the family lineage back several generations.
