Nancy Priestley Atnip passed away peacefully at her home. She was 83. Services will be held Sunday afternoon at Williams Funeral Home in Greenfield, TN. Visitation to begin at 1:00 p.m. Service to be held at 2:00 p.m. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Bob Atnip. She was the mother of Amy Atnip Cavataio (Bill), of Bartlett, Joe Atnip (Kathy), of Greenfield, Jeff Atnip (Melissa), of Germantown, Charles Atnip (Karen), of Columbia, and Elizabeth Atnip Cox (Terry) of Germantown. She was the loving grandmother of 14 grandchildren: William Cavataio, Katie Jackson, Becky Atnip, Winston Atnip, Lincoln Atnip, Robert Atnip, Amy Atnip, Andrew Atnip, Dylan Atnip, Dana Atnip, Joseph Cox, Camille Cox, Isabella Cox, and Natalie Cox. She has two great grandchildren, Lloyd and Dale Jackson. She was survived, also, by her beloved brother, Joseph Tant Priestley, of Boulder, Colorado. Nancy was a dedicated wife and mother. She was a graduate of David Lipscomb College, obtained a master's degree, and taught school for number of years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dalton and Mozelle Priestley.
