Libbie S. Tepner's parents are unknown.
1867 Kekoskee WI she married Stephen Tanner Corey, son of Benjamin Franklin and Ruth Tanner Corey of Luzerne Co PA, Allegany Co NY, Crawford Co PA, WI, and finally SE Nebraska.
They had daughter Rena born to them 1868 in IA, she died 11 Oct 1881 at Crete NE.
Libbie was very instrumental, along with a niece, Mabel Moon, from Nebraska assisting, in their search to prove Joseph Alvin Corey, grandfather to her husband, Stephen Tanner Corey, was a Rev War Soldier Copies of their documentation has given them membership into the D.A.R. Daughters of American Revolution.
24 Jan 1905 Lancaster NE Stephen died.
By 1917 Libbie had moved to the state of California and lived out her life there.

I have been compiling my Tepner/King and McCrady/Hayes histories for 30 + years. Libbie and her three brothers are listed on the Orphan Train records. National Orphan Train Complex, 300 Washington St. Concordia, KS 66901. Years ago traveling through Concordia, I saw the sign and stopped briefly. I have not had time to return and do any search other that confirming the four children were listed. I live in the Omaha area. The Tepner family were around Sparta and Black River Falls, WI
