Hanna Wiley Robbins is one of ten children born to Samson and Ann (McGrew) Wiley. She was born and raised in North Huntington Township in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. Her brothers and sisters are: William, Elizabeth, Sampson, Nancy, James, Mary Ann, Joseph, Julianna, and Nathan. Hannah married Brintnal Robbins in North Huntington Township on May 3, 1830. Sometime in the 1860’s Brintnal and Hannah moved to Lynn, Illinois where she died in 1875. Hannah and Brintnal Robbins had seven Children: Mary, Julianna, Thomas Wilson, Dorcas, Moses, Keziah, and John Wiley. The exact grave site of her parents has not yet been located, but it is believed to be in North Huntington Township. Sampson Wiley immigrated to America from County Tyrone in Northern Ireland in 1790. He settled in North Huntington township where in 1798 he married Nancy Ann McGrew – aka Ann. He became a naturalized citizen on 24 Aug 1813.
