BOGARD -- BOB "BOGIE" Passed away July 1, 2011. Bob was 84 years old. He was born in Plainview, TX on February 17, 1927. He was owner/operator of Lemans Food Sales and Tenderific Meats; after which he sold cars for several dealerships in Albuquerque, Farmington and Colorado, and won numerous sales awards. He owned and operated Bogie's Car Connection in Farmington, NM. Bob is survived by wife LaVon of 36 years; three sons: Bill Bogard (Jan), Bruce Bogard (Louella), Scott Schaben (Hillary); two daughters: June Harmon (James) and Darla Kiefer (Ken). He was preceded in death by his son Johnny Bogard. Bob had numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was a beloved Father, Grandpa, Companion and Friend to everyone he touched. Words cannot describe "Bogie" as he was an exceptional man and we will miss him very much! WE LOVE YOU BOB! Services will be held at Riverside Funeral Home on Thursday, July 7, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place and his ashes will be scattered in Logan, NM at a later date.
