Elmore apparently moved from Yancey Co.NC to Missouri, where his son was born in 1892, then back to Graham Co. NC, then back to Okla by 1910. ( according to census reports)

NOTE:E.L. Howell died of Heart Atack.

E.L.Howell was a Tar Heel. He was a tall man of 6'2", with a dark complection. He had a farm 6 miles east of Salina (nick name is "Hungry Hollow"). He had been in Oklahoma about 20 years. Oct 5th issue let you know he raised pigs. E.L. Howell ran an ad "For Sale Big Bone spotted Poland China Pigs-Reg. 5 miles East of Salina.
