Sylba Lonnie Due was born on September 23, 1926 in Pryor to William Luther and Mary (Pimberton) Due.

He passed away on Friday, May 15, 2015 in Pryor at the age of 88 years, 7 months and 22 days.
Sib was raised in Pryor and he was one of twelve children.

He was married to Fern Weaver on June 2, 1947 in Iowa and they had 3 children. In 1960, they moved west and made their home in Arizona where Sib worked as a union electrician. He was instrumental in bringing electricity to rural areas of Arizona and was very proud to be a charter member of Local IBEW 769 in Phoenix.

Fern preceded him in death on October 7, 1988 then he returned to Pryor. On August 11, 1989 he married Ollie Thomas. 

Sib was a faithful and active member of the First Freewill Baptist Church in Pryor where he volunteered his time to serve as custodian since 1989. He enjoyed his church family very much.

Sib also like to fish and travel but most of all he loved spending time with his kids and grandkids. He was a wonderful husband, dad and grandpa and was adored by them all. 

He is survived by his 4 children, Brenda Willyard and husband Johnnie of Pryor, Jim Thomas of Pryor, Karen Hill and husband Arthur of Vass, North Carolina and Carl Due and wife Mary of Pawleys Island, South Carolina;

8 grandchildren, James Willyard and wife Jill, Jason Thomas and wife Trish, Heather Williams and husband David, Shannon Thomas and wife Samantha, Kelsey Due, Suzette Gagnon and husband Greg, Arthur Hill and Jana-Lyn Schuller and husband Mark;

13 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren; 1 brother, Bill Due and wife Phyllis of Pryor and 2 sisters, Marlene Lindhorst of Chouteau and Maxine Evans of Kingman, Arizona.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two wives, Fern and Ollie, his son, Gary Lonnie Due, 7 brothers and 2 sisters.
