He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Salem. Ted enjoyed playing cards, camping, bingo and spending time with his grandchildren. During the Korean War, he served in the U. S. Army.
He was preceded in death on October 29, 2014 by his wife of 64 years, Doris Mae (Crawford) Park, whom he married September 8, 1950.
He is survived by two daughters, Melody (Tim) Lerminiaux of Otto, New York, and Robin (Jeff) Benson of Salem; two sons, Randy Park of Salem and Darrin (Pamela) Park of Salem; two brothers, Ralph Park of Andover and Clyod Park of Holidaysburg, Pennsylvania; and five grandchildren, Amanda (Doug) Hedrick, Brandon Benson (Sarah Norman), Ryan Benson, Randy Park Jr., and Meagan Park.
Two sisters, Belva Martz and Theda Park also preceded him in death.
Burial will be at Hope Cemetery where the Salem Honor Guard will do military honors.
