Winslow – (Special) – Mrs. Frank Deam, 74, a former post–mistress here, died yesterday in her home. The former Hattie Maude Bradford, she was born in Winslow township Dec. 15, 1876, the daughter of Thomas and Elizabeth Chase Bradford. Mrs. Deam retired from the post office five years ago. She married to Frank Deam at Martintown Feb. 14, 1897. Her husband was the former editor of the Winslow Register.
She is survived by her husband, one sister, Mrs. Sadie Strohm, Winslow, a niece and two nephews. A brother preceded her in death. Services will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. in the Cardascio funeral home. Rev. James O'May, Freeport, will officiate and burial will be in the Rock Lily cemetery, here.
