Funeral services for Buster L. Sanders, 93, of Temple, will be held at 12 Noon, Saturday, May 16, 2015, at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Crawford. Burial will follow at the St. Paul Memorial Park in Crawford.

The family will receive friends for visitation from 11 AM - Noon Saturday at the church.

Mr. Sanders died Tuesday, May 12, 2015 in a Belton nursing home.

Mr. Sanders was born March 15, 1922, in McGregor, the son of Lonnie and Henrietta Sanders. He was a farmer and a carpenter all his working life. He married Betty Jo Bounds, March 16, 1996 in Crawford. He was a member of the German Society and the Lutheran Brotherhood.

He is survived by his wife Betty Jo Sanders of Temple; two step-sons Walter Bounds of Melbourne, Australia and Bryan Bounds of Leeds, England; one step daughter Elizabeth Bounds of Temple, one sister Margie Stuth of Crawford; four step-grandchildren and one step great-grandchild.
