Genevieve M. Williamson, 84, of 416 Appanoose and Ridgewood Care Center died at 9:58 p.m. June 7, 1983, in St. Joseph Hospital.
She was born July 24, 1898, at Albia to Ben and Mary Elizabeth LaMar Davis. A resident of Ottumwa most of her life she was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Altar and Rosary Society, Gold Star Mothers Legion of Mary, Catholic Daughters of the Americas, Royal Neighbors, Red Cross, Retired Senior Volunteer Program and Milwaukee Ladies Auxillary. She married Jeese F. Williamson July 20, 1922. He died Dec. 19, 1963.
Survivors: a good friend, Frank Corr of Ottumwa; and a cousin, Mary Lampe of Mount Pleasant.
Service: 10 a.m. Friday at St. Patrick's Church, the Rev. Paul C. Hart officiating. Burial: Calvary Cemetery.
Rosary: 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Reece Funeral Home.
Pallbearers: Beryl Kosman, Fred Genochio, Roscoe Beghtol, Stanley Laurich, Joe Vance and Gerald Maney.
