Hannah Alexander, Wife of Thomas Fulton. Daughter of Joseph Henry Alexander who was an Elder at Head of Christiana Church∼Descendant Mary Szewczks found a death notice in the _Wilmington Morning News and Evening Journal_ for 1 February 1897. It says that she was 77 years old. "Funeral on Wednesday, Feb 3, from the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Forrest, near Appleton, Md. at 11 o'clock am." Hannah was living with her daughter Annie (Mrs. William Forrest) in Cecil County when she died.
If she was in her 77th year when she died, she was 76 years old. Birth in 1820 or 1821 is indicated.
