He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a custodian for Northeast Electronics, a member of the First Church of Christ Scientist in Concord and the Mother Church in Boston. He died at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Manchester. His widow Joyce (Daughen) Thomas survives.
