Isabelle A. Horn, age 96 of Plum City, died Monday, May 21, 2012 at the Plum City Care Center in Plum City.

Isabelle was born on February 1, 1916 in Arkansaw on the Hartung family farm. She was the daughter of William and Mary (Leitchauer) Hartung. She grew up in Arkansaw and attended business college in Winona, MN. Following her education, Isabelle had a successful career as a secretary in the Twin Cities area. Isabelle married Clem Horn on May 7, 1949. After marriage they farmed and raised their family in the Plum City area.

Isabelle is survived by her four daughters; Linda (Jerry) Georgetown, MN, Susan (Kirk) Ausman of Eau Claire, Judy (Steven) Potach of Robbinsdale, MN and Debra Horn of Cleveland, OH, seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren, one brother, Paul Hartung of Cameron, two sisters-in-law, Bernadine Black of Arkansaw and Gladys Hartung of New Brighton, MN, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Clem, an infant daughter, Mary, two brothers, Lawrence and Louis Hartung and two sisters, Grace Mickelson and Rita Jeffrey.

Isabelle will be deeply missed by her family and many friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:30 AM Friday, June 1, 2012 at St. John's Catholic Church in Plum City. Rev. Paul Czerwonka will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery at a later date. Friends may call one hour prior to services at the church on Friday.
