Free Lance-Star, The (Fredericksburg, VA) - Tuesday, April 6, 2010. Carl W. Liming, 87, of Triangle went to be with the Lord on April 3, 2010, at his home where he was baptized. He was an Army Air Force veteran of World War II. Carl worked as a carpenter, leaving a legacy of homes in Triangle, Dumfries and Fredericksburg. He retired from Prince William County School Board as a carpenter. He was preceded in death by one son, Larry W. Liming. Carl is survived by his wife of 61 years, Ellen M. Liming; a daughter, Karen Clevinger; two sons, Glenn Liming and Harold Edward Liming; three grandsons, Eric, Paul and Jon Liming; two sisters, Ruby Davidson Walden and Margaret L. Knox; and a twin brother, John W. Liming Jr. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 6, at Mountcastle Funeral Home, 4143 Dale Boulevard, Dale City. Interment will follow in Dumfries Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Lung Association, of Northern Virginia, 9735 Main St., Fairfax, Va. 22031-3798.
