Exact, documented, data on the birth, death and burial of Abraham was difficult to find. We do know that he was baptized August 9, 1629 in Heptonstal, Yorkshire, England the son of Henry & Mary Lanbotham Butterworth. They migrated to Boston in 1635.
Received following note regarding migration which I originally had as 1631:
They did not migrate in 1631, because baptisms of younger children are recorded in 1632 and 1634. According to The Great Migration Directory (Robert Anderson, 2015) they migrated in 1635, which makes more sense.

We also know he died after October 13, 1684 as he is listed in his Uncle Samuel Butterworth's will of this date as living in Rhode Island
