Robert (Bob) Clinton Thomas, 80, of Syracuse, Missouri, died Thursday, June 21, 2012, at Moniteau Care Center in California, Missouri. He was born January 19, 1932, in Syracuse, son of the late Allee and Leta Mae Thomas. On October 14, 1950, he was married to Mary Elizabeth Sanders, who survives of the home.

For most of his life, Bob was in business at Thomas Hog Market with his father, who operated the first hog buying station in the state of Missouri.
