Ruth W. Craighead age 88 of Nashville, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2015. She was a longtime member of Jackson Park Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Lee Craighead; sister, Helen Arthur; brothers, Thomas White and Sumpter White and her grandson, Andrew Craighead.
Her family will receive friends from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Sunday, May 10 at Spring Hill Funeral Home. A Celebration of Mrs. Craighead’s Life will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Monday, May 11 from the Chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
