Paul Leroy Carrico, 91, former resident of Belvidere, SD, died Saturday, June 10, 2006, at the Ft. Meade Va Medical Center.

Graveside committal services will be Thursday, June 15, 2006, at the Black Hills National Cemetery with Father Bill Zandri officiating. Sturgis Veteran's Honor Guard will provide military honors.

Paul, an Army veteran, was born October 28, 1914, at Indianapolis, IN, to Joseph and Laura (Kinnick) Carrico. He survived the bombing of Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.

Survivors include nine nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Ray, Otha, Otto, as well as sisters, Lula Buckmaster, Edna Buel, Leah Crawford, Eva Erickson, and Lila Houck.
