Services are today at 1 p.m. at Wells Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Kevin Teague will officiate. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery. Visitation will be today from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
Prichard, born July 9, 1923, in Panola County to the late Carl Bedford and the late Christine McMinn Finch, was a homemaker and a member of Courtland Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by two daughters, Ruthie Arnold and Beverly Pritchard.
Survivors include four sons, Paul Gaines of Worth, Ill., Harold Prithcard of Cordova, Tenn., Jim Pritchard of Evergreen Park, Ill. and Dale Pritchard of Batesville; one brother James Finch of Batesville; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
