In Memoriam
In loving memory of my dear grandmother, Mrs. Susan Victoria Milford. On Sunday night, July 29th, 1917, the death angel visited the home of Mr. T. C. Milford and bore the spirit of our dear mother and grandmother at the home of the blest. A place is vacant in our home which never can be filled, a loving voice is stilled. We miss thee, dear grandmother, we miss thy sweet smile, but it was God's will to call you to the home where you have longed to go. Dear ones, grandmother has gone to take her rest, but yet it was hard to give her up. We all hope to meet her someday where sad partings are no more.
Besides a number of other relatives and friends, she leaves three daughters, three sons, two brothers, two sisters and twenty-one grandchildren to mourn for her death.
Written by her loving granddaughter, Janie Milford.
