Mrs. Ada Gertrude Osterman, of Harrisburg, Arkansas, departed this life Monday, May 4, 2015, in Harrisburg, at the age of 90.

She was born November 18, 1924 in Summerset, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Thomas Bryant Gosser and Sophia Lea Eastham Gosser.

She was a member of the Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Fifty Six, AR, but attended the Greenfield Baptist Church near Harrisburg. She worked for Walmart for 15 years and enjoyed quilting, fishing and camping.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil “Pete” Osterman in 1976, her son, Jimmy Osterman in 2014, four brothers, Howard Gosser, Walter Gosser, Edward Gosser, and Hershel Gosser, and five sisters, Icelene Trammel, Eldine Clark, Mada Lea Welch, Venitas Gosser, and Annis Wilson.

She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Doris Osterman of Harrisburg, six granddaughter, Candice Osterman, Keesha Huffman Dixson, Hailey Dillinger, Trevor Diullinger, Taylor Huffman and Tony Wilson, a great granddaughter, Cindel Osterman, two sisters, Judy Ferguson and Argola Reed, both of Tuckerman, one brother, Herbert Gosser of Fifty Six, AR., and many, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were at the Gregg-Weston Funeral Home Chapel in Harrisburg with burial in Worley Cemetery at Cash.
