Samuel Caldwell Thedford died Sunday, May 3, 2015, at the South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel. He was 72.
Mr. Thedford was a native of Copiah Co. and had made his home at the Ellisville State School for the past 11 years. He was a member of the Hermanville Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Minnie Thedford and a brother, Eugene Thedford.
Survivors include his 3 sisters, Hilda Junkin of Lorman, Joyce Craven of Hazlehurst and M.L. Jones of Metairie, LA and his brother, Donald Thedford of Hazlehurst.
Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Thursday, May 7, 2015, at the Hermanville Baptist Church with Rev. Doug Salley officiating. Interment will follow in the Hermanville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-7 PM Wednesday at the funeral home and from 10:00 AM Thursday until the hour of the service at the church.
