Our loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend passed away surrounded by loved ones at the Salt Lake VA hospital after an 11 year battle with Cutaneous T Cell Lymphoma (Mycosis Fungoides).
Keith was proud to be a veteran of the United States Navy as a Corpsman. He volunteered on the “American Legion” honor guard performing 21 gun salutes for veterans of the various U.S. Armed Services.
