She and her late husband, A. Lawrence DeBus, had owned and operated the DeBus Jewelry Store for thirty years, until their retirement. She attended First Alliance Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of over 30 years, A. Lawrence DeBus, in 1985; and three cousins, Charles Blount, Robert Blount, and Virginia Hayes.
She is survived by one cousin, Dorothy L. Lawrence Straw of Lake City; a beloved great-niece, Sara Grimshaw and her husband, Harold of Girard; and a special friend of many years, Pam Patterson and her daughter, Stephanie.
Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
